FUNDECOR strengthens the link between governance and territory during a session with its Administrative Board in Sarapiquí

In November 2025, in Sarapiquí, we reaffirmed that field work is at the heart of FUNDECOR.

We hosted our Administrative Board for a session aimed at strengthening the connection between institutional decisions and the daily work we perform in the field, exploring together how we progress toward integrated landscape management.

The tour included a visit to a melina plantation under the Commercial Reforestation Pilot Plan, a joint effort with the National Forest Financing Fund (FONAFIFO) to promote more sustainable markets for timber from forest plantations.

These spaces reaffirm our commitment to moving forward in a coordinated manner, from governance to the field, to transform rural landscapes through real and sustainable solutions.
