Our Work
Based on institutional competencies and resources, we identify and lead the independent or joint development of solutions to forestry and agroforestry problems, or capitalize on opportunities that arise in those sectors, to disseminate, replicate, and scale up productive best practices for the adaptation to and mitigation of the effects of climate change, as well as nature-based solutions that are institutionally validated and aligned with national initiatives, such as the National Forestry Development Plan, the National Biodiversity Strategy, the Sustainable Agrolandscapes Initiative, among others.
Our Work

Green Business
- Advisory and knowledge transfer in tropical forestry (goods and services)
- Design, resource management, implementation, and monitoring of projects to strengthen institutionally identified forestry and agroforestry programs. Lead the formulation of proposals for funders or strategic partners and manage strategic relationships (alliances, agreements, contracts, etc.) with required public and private stakeholders.
- Management, Administration, and Oversight of Forestry Projects
- Valuation of productive biological assets in Forestry Projects
- Dissemination, training, participatory construction, and technical support in the implementation of Nature-based Solutions
- Mitigation and climate change adaptation projects in forestry and agroforestry production.
- Performance diagnostics of Good Environmental Practices in forestry and agroforestry projects (regenerative agriculture, CO₂ removal inventory, biomonitoring, etc.)
