Increasing the provision of ecosystem services in the Parismina Biological Corridor agro-landscape through the implementation and promotion of sustainable silvopastoral practices.

The project seeks to contribute to the strengthening of livestock production in the productive agro-landscape of the Parismina River Biological Corridor, promoting more efficient, profitable farms committed to environmental sustainability. Through the implementation of productive and environmental best practices, small-scale livestock producers are supported in improving their production systems while protecting biodiversity, ecosystem services, and the aquatic ecosystems of the area.

As part of this effort, we work directly with livestock units located within the biological corridor to promote and implement practices that favor both productivity and the conservation of natural resources. These actions allow for progress toward more responsible, resilient production models aligned with environmental protection.

Additionally, the project promotes training and knowledge-sharing spaces aimed at individuals involved in livestock farming, strengthening their theoretical and practical expertise in productive and environmental best practices. In this way, continuous learning and the adoption of sustainable practices are encouraged, benefiting both farming families and the landscape in which they operate.
