The primary objective has been to boost commercial reforestation in the country, promoting a productive activity that generates economic benefits for the landowner, allowing them to enter the forestry sector and favor the diversification of their productive activities, thus achieving a profitable and sustainable business over time.
FUNDECOR has been promoting these types of initiatives since 1991, consolidating its experience in the establishment and management of forest plantations.
El Plan Piloto establecido para Melina en el año 2020 ha desarrollado un modelo de negocio claro para la actividad de reforestación con esta especie, que involucra el financiamiento para cubrir la inversión y con un mercado meta para la madera claramente definido, incluyendo una proyección de ingresos al final del turno.
